No. The workshop teaches the full framework live — the book deepens it afterward, it isn't a prerequisite.
What if I don't want to share out loud?
The closing share-out is two volunteers only. Small-group and paired work is participatory, but nothing is forced in front of the full room.
Is this a sales pitch in disguise?
No. At the close, you'll be shown a few paths forward that matched what came up for you in the room — career strategy, wellness, or financial planning. No pressure, no pitch, just options.
