Built on Experience. Driven by Purpose.

Strategic advisory and consulting for women building by design.

Our Story

About The Carmelle Collective

The Carmelle Collective exists because too many gifted women spend their lives building value for everyone except themselves.

After more than two decades leading retail strategy, merchandising, operations, and business transformation initiatives for global brands, our founder witnessed a common pattern: brilliant women with extraordinary talents were creating wealth, opportunities, and success for organizations while struggling to fully recognize, monetize, and steward their own gifts.

The Carmelle Collective was created to help women identify those gifts, develop them intentionally, and transform them into sustainable impact, legacy, and generational wealth.

We don't simply build businesses. We help women become architects of the lives they were created to lead.

Our Mission

To equip women navigating life's pivots with the strategy, tools, and support to build lives of purpose, wellness, and wealth.

Who We Serve

Who We Serve

Our clients share one thing in common — the decision to stop living by default and start building by design.

  • Corporate leaders preparing for their next chapter
  • Entrepreneurs building purpose-driven businesses
  • Women rebuilding after divorce, career disruption, or major life transitions
  • Founders seeking clarity, structure, and strategic growth
  • Professionals ready to align their work with their calling
  • Women of color seeking culturally informed guidance and community

The common thread is not age, title, or income. It is the decision to build intentionally.

Journey

FROM CORPORATE LEADER TO PURPOSE BUILDER

Every chapter of my career taught me something about leadership, growth, and transformation. But the journey that led to The Carmelle Collective wasn’t built in a boardroom alone. It was shaped through perspective, personal reinvention, and the courage to begin again.

The Decision to Expand

After more than twenty years leading growth and transformation for major retail organizations, I stepped into a season of exploration. What began as a journey outward became an invitation to see my life, leadership, and future through a different lens.

A New Perspective

Experiencing new environments challenged old assumptions and expanded what I believed was possible. I was reminded that innovation, opportunity, and wisdom often appear when we are willing to step beyond what is familiar.

Learning Through Immersion

Some of the most valuable lessons happen far from conference rooms. Through everyday experiences, conversations, and observations, I was reminded that wisdom often lives in the ordinary moments we are willing to slow down and notice.

The Power of Reflection

Growth often begins with stillness. This chapter became an opportunity to examine what success truly meant, what I wanted to create next, and how I could use my experience in service of something larger than myself.

Building What Comes Next

Surrounded by reminders that growth requires both strong roots and continued expansion, I found a metaphor for my own journey. The Carmelle Collective was born from a simple belief: women already possess the gifts, wisdom, and potential required to build lives of purpose, wellness, and wealth. Sometimes they simply need the right strategy, structure, and support to bring it forward.

Seeing Value Differently

Watching people create opportunity from what was available reinforced a lesson I have seen throughout my career: abundance often begins with resourcefulness. The ability to build with intention matters more than having perfect conditions.

The greatest transformation wasn’t changing careers.
It was realizing that every boardroom, every challenge, every success, and every season of reinvention had been preparing me to help others build what comes next.

Why This Work Matters

Carmelle built a career most people only dream of — twenty years of executive success across some of the largest retail brands in the world. Then life pivoted without permission. A layoff. A divorce. A complete rebuilding of identity, finances, and direction, all at once.

She didn't return to who she was before. She built something new — The Carmelle Collective — from the inside of her own reinvention, not from theory.

This work exists because she has lived the pivot, not just studied it.

"You are not starting over. You are starting from experience."

Carmelle doesn't coach from the sidelines. She works as a life process architect — identifying the broken systems underneath a stalled career, an unstructured business, or an unstable financial picture, and rebuilding them alongside the women she serves.
